We offer a sunny, fully equipped holiday apartment, nestled in a corner of paradise overlooking Balmoral Beach, which is just a ten minute walk away. It consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, patios and garden. There is a barbecue, table and chairs for entertaining your relatives and friends. There are also easy chairs for you to relax on the patio or lawn.

The apartment is ideal for two people but can accommodate more. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. It is a very comfortable "home away from home".

The apartment and delightful garden setting overlook Middle Harbour, Balmoral Beach, and the bush and beaches of the Sydney Harbour National Park. From the apartment you can walk to the beaches, Taronga Zoo, the Mosman Artists' Colony, superb lookouts, beautiful bush tracks and walks around Middle Harbour and the main Sydney Harbour.

You can also walk to the restaurants and cafes of Mosman - these include the Bathers' Pavilion, the Gunners' Barracks, Sergeants' Mess, Burnt Orange, Ripples, Bacino and many more.

Trees and birds abound in this magical spot. Yet it is only 15 minutes to the heart of the city. Manly Beach is 15 minutes north, which is the first of 25 km of ocean surf beaches.

Length of Stay

Generally the minimum booking period is seven (7) days (14 days at Christmas). We may be able to accommodate you for shorter periods when there is a gap between normal bookings. Periods over seven days may be of any duration, allowing you the freedom to plan your stay to suit your travel needs.
