From the apartment you can walk to Balmoral Beach, other beaches, the Middle Head Artists' Colony, beautiful bush, and walks around Middle Harbour and the main Sydney Harbour.
Taronga Zoo and the restaurants and cafes of Mosman are accessible by foot - these include the Bathers' Pavililon, the Gunners' Barracks, the Sergeants' Mess, Burnt Orange, Ripples, Bacino and many more.
Trees and birds abound in this magical spot. Yet it is only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, Manly Beach is 15 minutes north, which is the first of 25 km of ocean surf beaches.
