The spacious living room has two sofas, (one including a double bed), dining table and chairs, a single couch bed, bookshelves and storage, a TV, DVD/CD and stereo. There is a wide selection of books for you to read while relaxing there or in the garden.
Being at the coast and on the harbour the climate of the apartment is generally ideal but, for your comfort in the cooler seasons, there are gas and electric heaters and if by chance you should feel the heat in the summer, there are fans.

A great place for breakfast and snacks. Why not eat lunch outside on the patio or lawn? Use the barbecue for dinner - invite your guests, or visit one of the excellent restaurants at Balmoral Beach or in Mosman Village - or does fish and chips on the beach appeal?
